

Adult classes focus on adult challenges. We teach forms, techniques and self-defense basic to Tang Soo Do, PLUS we also incorporate other martial art techniques to provide a well-rounded basis for self-defense. We also encourage students to work on individual fitness, diet, coordination, ego, and self-esteem by helping you to recognize negative patterns in your life and challenging you to improve them. If you attend the self-defense classes you will learn to apply common sense in handling confrontational situations. You will learn practical techniques in order to defend yourself. You will work at the level/rank you are at; a newcomer is not going to do fancy throws or kicks the first night.
Beginner Adult Evening Class: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 6:30-7:30
Advanced (Blue Belt & Above) Adult Evening Class: Monday, 6:30-7:30
Advanced (Green Belt & Above) Adult Weapons Class: Wednesday, 6:30-7:30
